John Parmigiani is the Chief Executive Officer of Allied Millennial Partners, a high-touch brokerage firm and insurance brokerage located at Three World Financial Center In New York City.
John is also the founder of Millennial Advisers, An Investment Advisory Firm utilizing Schwab as their custodian.
Both Companies provide investment advice to high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals as well as organizations. As knowledge is power, a large majority of the client facing representatives are enrolled in the Chartered Market Technician Program in an effort to increase proficiency in assisting clients to attain their goals.
In addition to maintaining Series 7, 63, 65, 9, 10, 24, 27, 86, 87 99 and Life and Annuity Licenses, In December of 2015 John was conferred the designation of Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional™ Program (CRCP™) by the Finra Institute at Wharton. The program provides compliance, legal and regulatory professionals with an in-depth understanding of the foundation, theory and practical application of securities laws and regulation. Past participants of the program include compliance and business professionals on a leadership track, practicing attorneys, and foreign, federal, and state securities regulators.
John has been a member of the MTA since 2014 and in February of 2016, Mr. Parmigiani was conferred the designation of Charted Market Technician. The Market Technicians Association whose mission is to establish and maintain the highest professional standards among technical analysts by educating the investment community about the theory, practice, and application of technical analysis. The designation is awarded to those who demonstrate mastery of a core body of knowledge of investment risk in portfolio management settings. John’s work as CEO revealed a unique combination of compliance and market analysis geared towards developing better trained client facing representatives who are well versed in complex regulations as well as recommending client specific strategies.
As a technician, John utilizes a number of methods of choice depending on relevant circumstances. When using a top down approach, he may find a clue as to which industries fundamentally lead or lag then apply TA to isolate situations. These methods include trend following, momentum, and mean reversion set ups. He favors the use the RSI to spot positive or negative divergences, along with Bollinger Bands, MACD and , ATR and simple trendline analysis.
